On the eve of launching of "The Lost Symbol" by Dan Brown on 15 Sep 2009, Press Conferences were held at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. The press conferences were aimed at:

a. Awareness campaign about the book and the measures being taken to protects its IP right.
b. A warning to pirates and booksellers against printing and selling pirated copies of "The Lost Symbol".
